- GBGrey ButlerJun 5, 20252.0went here to check my boyfriends car battery because it wouldn’t start and had to be jumped. wasn’t greeted when i walked in or asked if i needed help or anything. i wish i had gotten her name but this younger girl helped me and brought out the scanner. i was trying to ask questions but she acted like she wanted nothing to do with me! i wasn’t rude and asked nicely if she could just help us out because i wasn’t sure what was going on. she ran only a few tests for only a couple of minutes, ended up telling me that and i quote “everything is messed up”. obviously i started freaking out and then she told me i should go somewhere else to get a second opinion on it. went to auto zone next door and turns out it just needed to be replaced and that they couldn’t even run the same tests she supposedly did because the battery had to be changed out first. the people at auto zone were way nicer and more polite and answered all my questions. i get it customer service sucks and it was later in the evening but done lie to someone about their car just so you don’t have to deal with it.
