New young girl has been there last few times I was there in the evening and she has never said a word to me. Very pouty, sitting in that stool making it obvious she doesn't want to be there, and doesn't want to make any effort to assist you. Why be in a customer service position and not do your job and assist the customer. The rest on the staff are very helpful especially Shawn he stop whatever he is doing with the best attitude and smile eager to help.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting respectful service. I first called the store, and because my English is not good, the employee made no effort to assist me. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like she considered herself the store owner or simply lacked proper training in customer support. Later, I checked the store’s ratings and found many similar complaints about this same person. When my husband visited the store in person, she was equally unhelpful. When he asked for a bag, she laughed in a mocking way. We felt that she behaved disrespectfully and mockingly, possibly because of our accent. Honestly, this is unacceptable
