    The Cashier was polite but needed merchandise was not in the store. They wanted me to pay ten dollars to have the product sent to the store. I wouldn't mind if it were coming to my home. The store was clean and both cashiers were eager to help.

    Terrible customer experience. The woman working here is unprofessional, unapproachable, and clearly not interested in helping customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone expecting respectful service. I first called the store, and because my English is not good, the employee made no effort to assist me. Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like she considered herself the store owner or simply lacked proper training in customer support. Later, I checked the store’s ratings and found many similar complaints about this same person. When my husband visited the store in person, she was equally unhelpful. When he asked for a bag, she laughed in a mocking way. We felt that she behaved disrespectfully and mockingly, possibly because of our accent. Honestly, this is unacceptable
