  The staff in parts is very helpful. They worked hard to figure out which part was the right one for a confusing diagram. They even found me a missing part for my key fob that they had in a box left over and gave it to me for free. They have better prices than some other Mazda dealers.

  I absolutely recommend Cavalier Mazda. The staff are friendly and caring. They listen to your wants and needs and find the perfect vehicle and price for you. Then to top it off the customer service is the best I have received anywhere. The vehicles sold here are reliable well maintained and very much worth buying at Cavalier Mazda. The best dealership in the 7 cities to buy a vehicle.

  I was looking for a new MAZDA and this dealer is transparent and straightforward. Although I did not end up buying from this dealer, it was a nice experience talking with them. They have competitive prices and are willing to beat other dealers' offers. Zachary Bushnell is professional and no BS. I will recommend this place if you want to buy a new MAZDA.

  My daughter reported for duty in Norfolk and needed a car. I shopped online for used cars and found a couple that she liked, then compared to new prices and decided to reach out to Cavalier. I negotiated on behalf of my daughter and they were very gracious and accommodated our needs. She drove a new 2026 Mazda3 off the lot for just a little more than a used 2025 with 15K miles on it from a different dealer. I would recommend Cavalier Mazda.
