    I cannot rave enough about my experience. Came in to get my battery replaced and Josh gave me 5 star service. He even took the time to replace my connection piece, which he didn't have to do. I will be back and if you go ask for Josh!

It is rare to encounter an associate who is so dedicated to getting things right the first time. Furthermore, the leadership at this store deserves recognition.     The staff at this location failed to warranty a battery, despite it being labeled a "distributed by advance auto". Staff refused to look at or test the battery because it was slightly drizzling. They referred me to customer service because they couldn't locate my purchase in their system, customer service also failed to locate it. Luckily for me not all advance auto employees are ineffective. I took it to the Princess Anne location. An employee named Buddy took a look, got the part number and started the warranty process in less than 5 minutes. You can't rely on this branch to give good advice or honor warranties, I would avoid this location.

    ​While I want to thank Advance Auto Parts for the reasonable battery pricing and the convenience of free installation, I believe management should be aware of a recent service issue. ​My technician was clearly unhappy about working on my BMW 328. He expressed that he would no longer be servicing these models and was quite dismissive throughout the process, eventually walking off without informing me the job was complete. I remained respectful and stayed out of his way, so the lack of communication was surprising. I recommend that this location clarifies which vehicles they are willing to service so that expectations are set before the customer arrives.
