After having a really frustrating experience at the Monticello Avenue location in Norfolk where I was sold the wrong Freon based on their system and then denied help or a refund I came into this store feeling pretty discouraged. I explained the situation to Shannon, and she immediately took the time to listen and understand what happened. She went above and beyond to help me figure out the correct type of Freon my vehicle actually needed, and didn’t stop there she even helped me find someone who could assist with putting it into my car before I left the store. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to genuinely help completely turned my experience around. Customer service like this makes all the difference. Thank you, Shannon!

It was a trailer adapter never hooked up. I got the wrong one. She wouldn’t let me exchange it for the correct one would not recommend this store Stay away. Go to AutoZone they are better.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
