  Thought I just needed some air in my tires after the cold snap, but quickly realized my back tire was almost totally flat and I had 40 miles to get home. Open on Sunday, got my tire repaired quickly with no appointment, didn’t try to upsell me. Great service. Google recommend.

  Oo wee! I was having a 'bad Friday on Good Friday' when I got to NTB - Mr. Paige* helped me out and he was very personable, kind, and honest. He got my car in quickly and we soon realized it wasn't just a plug of a tire issue, but a tire replacement issue, he even showed me what was wrong. To say I was having a rough day, is an understatement with all the events that unfolded, but his kind attitude and helpfulness made a significant impact on my day and I truly appreciate it! So - thank you Mr. Paige (hopefully I spelled it correctly) and thank you to your team to getting my little red car back on the road. Y'all run such an effective and humble operation, with quick service, too!

  LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The entire team is phenomenal. Adam is one of my favorite people. His manager, Page, well I could speak VOLUMES about him. These guys have been servicing my vehicles for years! Thank you ALWAYS for your kindness, big smiles, and hard work. RIO RD ROCKS

  These guys were amazing. They fixed my brakes and then when I heard a weird noise, they let me come back in and fixed my issue(which was not their fault). They were all polite and helped explain things to me so I could really understand. I’d go to them over and over again

  I took a day trip to Charlottesville and ended up having a flat tire. I called ahead of time (never having this happen to me before) and I didn’t catch the name of who I spoke to, but I cannot express how reassuring and kind he was to me. He offered me a tire that was on sale and also gave me an additional discount. When I arrived at the location, I was probably there for ten minutes and they were finished— and all I needed was a plug in my original tire. They were so efficient and personable. I am so grateful for them because they made it possible for me to still enjoy my day!
