  I really can’t say enough good things about Chris Charlson and his team over at NTB. In a world where it’s hard to know who to trust with your car, Chris is the real deal. Honest, hardworking, and incredibly diligent. No games, no upselling nonsense, just straight-up good service and people who take pride in what they do. More than that, Chris is just a genuinely great human being. The kind of guy you feel good doing business with. You can tell he cares about his customers and his team, and it shows in everything they do. If you’re looking for a place you can trust, I highly recommend Chris and his crew. They’ve earned it.

  Super kind people, but they cross threaded one of my lug nuts while changing a tire without telling me. I unknowingly drove on it until that wheel started making a suspicious sound. When I went to investigate, I realized I’d been driving on a dangerous wheel. Almost drove all the way to Florida on it. Not cool.

  My experience was over 3 different visits. All were wonderful! My beloved Camaro "Lucy" got out of alignment during the '26 snowcrete. The first visit was as expected, they did not have tires in stock for Lcy, but the helpful woman at the front desk got my order placed and got me an appointment to come back the following Wednesday. Great! My day off! I get there on the day, and only two of the tires were ordered. Bummer. 😔 Chris, the manager, was there to my rescue! And got the other 2 ordered to be there on my next day off. Kinda sucks for my lost time, but shit happens. Chris and team took care of me and Lucy, and Jose handled Lucy with white velvet gloves getting her alignment done. I'll never go anywhere else as long as they're there.

  After a tire blow out on the interstate, NTB on Long St helped with a new tire. If I could give 10 stars for customer service, price and efficiency-i would. I dont understand how the tech replaced my tire so quickly! Wow. You guys rock! Give the guy at the front counter a gold medal for the BEST of the best customer service!! NTB turned a scary and frustrating situation into a pleasant one. Many Thanks!!

  I was quoted over the phone 228.00 per tire. I hesitated and the guy said how bout 208.00 and Firestone will give you 70.00 back. He quoted me 930.00. Actual bill 996.00. No 70.00 back on Firestone tires. I feel jipped. My son had to take the car I could not go. I did not walk away feeling what was said on/quoted on phone was honored.
