  I usually don’t write reviews but had a horrendous experience. Went for a state inspection, was told it’ll be an around an hour wait. Waited in the car for around 1.5 hours and went out to ask for a time estimate. The worker shrugged his shoulders and refused to give me a time and just told me there were 3 more cars in front of me. I told them they should have told me instead of just letting me sit in my car but they refused to take any accountability. Will not be coming back.

  Went in for a routine state inspection. Took two hours even though they took my car in within 30 minutes. I was told my high beam headlights wouldn’t pass inspection due to them being LED. I have had 5 inspections with those led highs in. Then they quoted me price for headlights. It ended up costing me about 30 bucks more than the quoted price. When I said something, one employee said I quoted the wrong price, “sorry”. I had been quotedt 14 bucks a headlight and 4 bucks per bulb for license plate bulbs. With inspection 56 dollars. Ended up costing 60 dollars just for the bulbs. Watch out and know your car, they WILL PRICE GOUGE YOU! When I said something about the price I got the classic” we can reject it and you can come back”! Should never quote a price if you’re not sure. First time here, last time here!!!!

  There is absolutely nothing jiffy about this place. I waited one hour and 20 minutes from pull to pull out For a standard oil change and tire rotation. For over an hour, I did not speak to a single employee and could not get anyone’s attention. For over 25 minutes, an employee was stating that I was ready to cash out and yet had nothing done in that time. Seven cars in the other bay came and went in the same time it took for my one car and I had no explanations. I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was so bad it necessitates a warning to anyone else.

  Terrible customer service. Very slow service. I had a coupon from the website that said it expired in April. The guy checking me out said it’s expired and continued to argue with me. Refused to even let me talk or look at my phone showing it was not expired. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. Raised his voice telling me I was being argumentative. When actually he want even allowing me to talk. I will not be coming back. Somehow he said he did give me a coupon off but I still ended up paying$87 for a simple oil change. What a rip off.

  Beware!!! Was quoted online price for an oil change with synthetic oil at $70. After the work was done it came to $114. When I asked why the price was different he turn the screen with the charges and said I only push the buttons. I will never go back there!! Stay away if you do not want to get ripped off.
