  Great experience with this Enterprise location. They were super positive throughout the rental process. When my original rental showed a low tire pressure in checkout, without me asking, they suggested another vehicle versus just putting air in the tire. The next vehicle smelled like weed and they brought out the third which was just right. A true Goldilocks experience of the team trying to show great customer service. I highly recommend them for your next rental need.

  The staff was helpful and made the experience pleasant and painless. The vehicle was clean, low mileage, and made the drive halfway across the country and back in 5 days enjoyable. Would definitely rent from Enterprise again in the future.

  Tyler was very helpful, friendly, professional and was able to change our reservation day and time on such a short notice. Thank you so much Tyler for being a great help to us and our family.

  Dropped off my sister to get a car because somebody stole parts from her car. Everything was paid through insurance, but then they said they didn't have the car and to come back the next day. The next day, they said they didn't have it again despise saying they would have it that day. Then they got on the phone with insurance, and they wouldn't give it to her because the insurance is under my father. They got the name changed, and then said we couldn't do it the second day either, so she had to come back another day. It took over four hours on the second day to finally get her a car, and they made sexist comments to her such as "are you an only child? An only daughter?" "That checks". Once she got the car, it reeked of Marijuana and the A/C didn't work. Overall horrible experience, horrible location, inconvenient hours, and made us feel like an inconvenience. Do not go here if you value your time or want to feel respected.

  My insurance company scheduled a car for my daughter because her car was damaged by theft. Enterprise did not have the car that was reserved twice and tried to get my daughter to agree to coming back a 3rd day. They also tried to move the charges from insurance to out of pocket from us. When she was standing at the counter the agents made her feel like an inconvenience. When the insurance company and I were on the phone while she was there they started making misogynistic statements like, “Are you an only child? Or Only girl?” “That tracks.” - Day one they did not have a car ready for her. So she had to come back. -Day Two they did not have a car ready for her and claimed it was under my husband (not mentioned as an issue day 1) - when the reservation was changed to her name within minutes, magically the car under my husband was not there. (Daughter standing at the counter, no one came a got a car.) -day two they told her she needed to change her reservation to a another day. (Being young she agreed until I stepped in) - When the insurance agent spoke to a worker he said they had other cars but it, “wouldn’t be fair to the other customers if they gave my daughter one of the cars reserved for others.” - The insurance agent asked to speak to a manager. -the manager said the car was scheduled for the next day (which is what she had just done at their insistence and she was still standing there at the counter) - the manager stated he didn’t know why there wasn’t a car for her (two days in a row) when he was talking to me. And that he, “Didn’t know anything about that.” - He then said he could have a car for her at 3 that day. -He lied and said my daughter wanted to come back. She doesn’t yet have the car. Absolutely atrocious management. And completely demeaning to customers. Getting from school to the location is a true hassle and my kid had to do it 3 times while maintaining her work load. Avoid if you can. Just awful. Not sure how you run a car rental business when you are unable to provide cars on any kind of a schedule.
