    When I went in for an oil change said they didn’t have the filter after they took the oil out. Refilled with new oil, no filter. I drove 4 minutes away and my car was smoking terribly, it is a fairly new car and has never done this, so I took it back and they had gotten the filters in during the 15 minutes I was gone?? So they did a full oil change and it continued to smoke after that. Would not recommend at all.

    I’m honestly pretty annoyed that I just wasted 30–40 minutes. I showed up around 8:20 for an oil change with only one car ahead of me. When that car was finishing up, they asked me to back up so another car next to me could go first since they only needed a headlight replaced. Fine, that should’ve been quick. About 10 minutes later, it’s finally supposed to be my turn… and then they tell me they’re out of the full synthetic oil I need. Seriously? If someone had just come over earlier to ask what service I needed, the same way they did for the other car, I could’ve avoided waiting around for nothing

    Re installed my skid plate wrong. Its obviously crooked as soon as I looked at it. How does a person say they’re done when it still looks like that? They also got dirty oily hand prints all over it and didn’t clean it up
