    I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience. The vehicle itself was fine; however, the pickup process was uncomfortable. I was pressured to purchase multiple insurance add-ons despite already having coverage through insurance and my credit card. I was rushed and not given enough time to review the options or contact my insurer, being told the agent needed to return quickly. Afterward, when I raised my concern, the response I received was simply that I had “agreed to the terms,” without acknowledging the pressure or lack of time to make an informed decision. I later confirmed that collision coverage was already handled through insurance, making the added pressure unnecessary. More transparency and less pressure would greatly improve the experience.

    Rented a car for a drive to New England over New Year’s Eve. When it came time for pickup they don’t have a the 4WD oversized SUV we rented. I guess that happens but it hasn’t happened to me before. Frustrating they don’t actually reserve the vehicle you rent ahead of time. More frustrating was having to bring up paying less for a lower model. Car we got smelled like cigarettes (enough that I had to do an interior clean before the drive with toddlers). They also didnt put all season wiper fluid in so the wiper fluid froze half way up to New England. The following week rented from the airport and it was a much better experience in terms of having the model I rented and no bad smells. Think it’s worth the extra drive to the airport.
