We were able to make a reservation via online and gain transportation to the airport, however, upon reaching the desk - the reservation was cancelled as it was stated there are and were no cars available at the time we booked. This put us in a very tough position; therefore, enterprise needs a more secure process for their reservations + availability to ensure this does not happen to any other persons.
