We also thought it would be fun being that we are going to be out With the family and thought the Jeep would be Different. Like I said we booked in April and when we got there On October 9, we were told they did not have that vehicle and would we be OK with a Nissan rogue? They are nothing alike and the Nissan rogue was not an all-terrain vehicle. I said no that really isn’t OK. They said it would probably be there in an hour or so that I and they would call me when the Jeep came in. We took the rogue so that we could start our vacation. No one ever called me. Before I left the counter I asked if there was any compensation being that I paid more for the jeep and they said oh would you like a truck that would be here in a little while we don’t have one right now. The people at the counter were very nice but they did not meet our needs. I’m sure it’s not their fault that there was no jeep available but that’s terrible customer service to expect something that you reserved and to get something not even close. I would not use enterprise again.

When I vented out with Caylie at CHO enterprise front desk, she handled it sooo professionally. Wonderful interaction with every and each customer, this young lady has. I give her a 10 star.
