    They are now being a bit unprofessional from past couple of months, like charging late dropoff and removing coupon discounts etc. I have moved to Hertz now.

    I just have to rave about Mike and his team for a minute over at Pantops Enterprise. I had gone through a horrific experience from a car accident, having my car totaled, and waiting for the insurance companies to fight over who is going to take care of me. That was never an issue with these guys. They not only communicated with both of the insurance companies involved on the bill, but worked with me on getting the best value rental through the insurance companies’ special rates. Mike was great and staying in touch with me, telling me when the insurance company finally gave it up, And informed me of refunds for my deposits, Missed days, which were quickly covered by the insurance company, all while putting it me at ease throughout the whole endeavor. I was able to keep the same car for over two months, with not even one inconvenience from them. They have been the best part of my accident recovery. Thank you so much, Gentlemen, and I look forward to working with you again! (Just hopefully not for an accident😉)
