  I spent weeks searching for the “perfect” car with specific options and packages. I went to dealerships from Pennsylvania to South Caroline plus CarMax and CarGurus. Something was always missing. I spoke to Emmet at Volvo Cars of Charlottesville and he got back to me with the exact car I wanted plus more. The customer service was amazing, everything was done quickly and efficiently and every member of their staff was welcoming, polite and smiling. I felt like I was dealing with longtime friends. The 2 hour drive from my home to the dealership was worth the results and I will most definitely use Volvo Cars of Charlottesville the next time I change cars.

  We were traveling and hit something in the road with our Volvo and it damaged our fuel tank. From start to finish the service managers, the technician, the video with the technician describing and showing us the work he did was 10/10 service! Communication start to finish was excellent. I am a firm believer that service departments can make or break a dealership, way to go service department. Thank you for taking such good care of us!! I highly recommend this group. Excellent customer service is hard to find and you nail it!

  I have been a longtime customer at CMA Volvo of Charlottesville. I have purchased multiple vehicles & recently made another purchase. I have been impressed by the staff’s knowledge & enthusiasm. Whenever my vehicles have needed maintenance or repairs, the Volvo technician’s & service staff Todd & Tom have fully explained any issues answering my questions. My recent experience was purchasing a Volvo & I was assisted & helped through the process by both Elizabeth & Neren.

  We’ve heard so many positive things about CMA of C’ville from family and friends that when we were in the market to replace an old car we stopped in. Everyone was quite pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful. We spent some time looking without pressure and asked a lot of questions. I really appreciate the ‘no pressure’ stance! Took materials home and called back to make an offer which was accepted. Did credit app online and completed the deal quickly and efficiently. The entire team came together very well to support us. This was a very different car buying experience than I remember from the past. Looking forward to a continued relationship with CMA Volvo! Thanks to you all!

  I have been really impressed with CMA Volvo over the years.. I have always received excellent service, along with excellent customer care. More recently, I have encountered some issues with my car. Jeanine, Tom, and Brian have been nothing short of amazing in being accommodating, honest and informative when it has come to diagnosing my car and setting me up with a loaner vehicle. I have a young infant, so I am especially appreciative of how wonderful they have been working with me! They are always professional and above anything, kind and understanding. Additionally, I have worked with Elizabeth, who has been fantastic, as well. I live two hours away now and will continue to drive to work with them!
