  Great team. We had a suspicious battery. They were very helpful verifying it was a battery problem instead of the charging system. The replacement battery has been awesome during this cold snap, turning it into our most reliable vehicle

  I recently needed jumper cables to assist in starting my brother in laws car. After picking out the 4A Duralast 16ft cables, there were two boxes.One, beat up. One, crisp and sharp. Asked if a discount for as available if I take the ugly one and a small one was given, but it meant a lot. That's the customer service or fairness a consumer values.
