Something was always missing. I spoke to Emmet at Volvo Cars of Charlottesville and he got back to me with the exact car I wanted plus more. The customer service was amazing, everything was done quickly and efficiently and every member of their staff was welcoming, polite and smiling. I felt like I was dealing with longtime friends. The 2 hour drive from my home to the dealership was worth the results and I will most definitely use Volvo Cars of Charlottesville the next time I change cars.
