  Very excellent service. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages. Clean restroom too. Work was completed in 90 minutes as promised and all well.

  Quick caring service. My service manager Roberto Sanchez kept me informed throughout the service process. These guys even sent me a video of my Infiniti while it was on the lift. Chantilly Infiniti rocks!

  I recently had an exceptional experience at Infiniti in Chantilly service department, thanks to my service advisor, Terry and his service team. My car had an issue where it wouldn't start, due to BCM communication issue but The service team pinpointed the problem and offered the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Their speed and communication at every step were commendable. Their professionalism and expertise are unparalleled. Highly recommended!
