  My experience on Monday, April 27 was terrible. I arrived for my 1030 appointment at 10:14 and was told my 60,000 mile check up for which I had completed at least five of the issues on my previous visit would take two hours plus. At the three hour mark, I went to the service manager UB Hernandez and asked what the status was regarding my vehicle. I was told they were getting ready to wash my car. At the 3 1/2 hour mark my car finally arrived (2:30). As a VIP member and a long-standing Infiniti owner of more than 25 years I was appalled at the length of time it took to do approximately 5 to 6 items on my vehicle. I will never return to Chantilly of Infiniti due to their lack of inefficiency and lack of respect for customers time.

  I recently sold a car for my friend to Infiniti, and Melanie made the whole experience amazing. She was super helpful, fast, and really knew her stuff. Everything was handled smoothly.   These people are the worst you send your id n insurance info only for you to find out they sold it by getting an alert from carguru that it's been sold not even a decency akert call from sheehy .. I will never do business here and encourage you not to as well just another money hungry stealership ...

  The entire experience was positive. The sales team was attentive and efficient. They listened to what was important to us, quickly found a vehicle that met our needs, and structured a deal that worked for us. It was the definition of 5 star.
