  I had an amazing experience with Sam’s Auto Body Shop. They did an excellent job repairing my X3M. Even though the insurance company was a hassle to deal with, their team handled the situation professionally and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was top notch my car looks as good as new. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and honest auto body shop, I highly recommend them.

  After Progressive insurance gave me a rough time with my claim, Sam’s Auto Body Shop really stepped up and turned a negative into a positive. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the customer service was top-tier. Communication was consistent and clear, great prices, and the quality of work was excellent!   Absolutely phenomenal experience every step of the way. Honest, quick, high-quality work for a fair and transparent price. Quote matched final invoice, and they even cleaned and detailed my vehicle as a courtesy. I give my highest recommendation to anyone in the area, I’d gladly drive an hour just to see them again. Just amazing, trustworthy guys, I was so impressed, and will return here if I ever need anything else done.

  I had a very good experience with Sam’s Autobody when I brought in my 2016 Dodge Ram for rusty rocker panel replacement. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. What I appreciated most was that the initial estimate did not exceed the final price. Unlike at a franchise shop, the owner was directly involved in customer service, which made communication easier and decisions faster. Before choosing Sam’s Autobody, I visited several other body shops for estimates, but none of them could clearly tell me what the repair would cost. At Sam’s, I immediately got the feeling that rocker panel replacement is routine work for them. In contrast, the other shops I visited did not seem very eager to take on that type of repair.
