  I had a great experience at NTB. The assistant manager, Marlon, really stood out with his professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, he made sure everything was handled smoothly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services. What impressed me most was how he balanced efficiency with genuine customer care—my service was completed in a timely manner, and I felt respected the entire time. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but thanks to Marlon, this location definitely earned that trust. I’ll be coming back and recommending them to others.

  Wonderful shop for steering, suspension, and brake services! They also offer life time brake pads!!! Who does that!? No one out there compares to the employees, pricing and dedication this shop provides regularly. They showed me what was being recommended and why, pros cons ect… they even offer a credit card with 6 months no interest if you spend $399 every time you spend above that! I will recommend all my friends and family to this shop for sure! They’re one of a kind!

  I had a very good experience today at NTB with Daylin. I went to Valvoline for a vehicle inspection, but it failed because of bad tires. Someone told me NTB has tires and they're pretty good. I came at the last moment to get the tires replaced and he was very helpful and pretty quick. I recommend everyone to go to this place if they any auto service. Once again thank you Daylin.

  They did their job and swapped my tires and balanced Called to get a price, around $660 or $705 for tires. Went in, it went up to $1,000. I argued with them and was able to get it back down to $700 after removing extra charges they added. While I was out, they called and said that tires were the wrong size and the new ones would be more expensive. I told them I wasn't paying the extra and that they made the mistake and they should correct it. It was $10 extra a tire. Came back and when it was time to pay, total came out to $812. They wouldn't address my issue I paid and not going back again. I was also on a time crunch. Needed it within 2 hours. They said they could finish in an hour and a half. When I got there they said two hours and I was fine with that cause that was my limit. Ended up going 40 minutes over that. They assured me each time that it would be done within that time. I still need to call back about it but they didn't include my wheel lock back in my car

  Edit: Car ran extremely rough after getting new tires here. Was told everything balanced out perfectly, so I ended up taking it to another shop where I find out they did not bother balancing the wheels at all. The front ones were off by one to two ounces and the rear ones were off by two to three ounces each. Borderline dangerous. Buyer beware. Edit: Also paid for an Alignment which was not done to spec. Needed to be corrected at another shop. I've never had results this bad from an established brand.
