Staff charged extra for what staff called extra oil. Service covers only up to 4 letters. Any amount beyond triggers an added fee. No clear warning before work started. Sales pressure feels nonstop. They showed filters and other parts with scare talk. Message stays the same. Get that service now or your car stops working and we will not get blamed for it!!!! Staff and managers changed since earlier visits. New crew acts unprofessional. Tone feels unfriendly. Discussions feel rude and dismissive. I do deserve clear pricing and basic respect. This location fails on both. Avoid this place unless pressure sales and surprise charges sound acceptable.
