There were 4 people who appeared to be very playful and only one tall gentlemen who appeared to be working he was tallest of those there and very professional so not directed at him . However my displeasure started when I arrived. I pulled up to the bay and sat there for 10 minutes while no one came up and acknowledge that I was there for service as usual when I go I observed a two other smaller statue males followed . Someone did eventually come over bu it did not go in notice that the person who was transitioning decided to respond to a car that drove up after I had been sitting there 10 minutes nor did it pass my attention there was a lot of horse playing occurring to the point that I was not even sure they should be handling my car. So if anyone that cares about that shop please know that people observe that disregard and this may impact your business if they decide to discuss it fitjer in social media . I have been here before and never been disregarded or felt like children were Caring for my car

Acts like he/she doesn’t want to be to be there. Not all valvolines are like this. But do not recommend going here. Super suspicious crew and horrible service.
