I took my 2019 Infiniti QX60 to Sheehy Infiniti on February 28, 2026, for a safety recall. This was my first visit, and to say I was impressed would truly be an understatement.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a kind service representative with a very unique name who immediately made me feel welcome. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, providing updates on the wait time and ensuring I knew exactly what to expect.
The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with a great selection of snacks and beverages, which made the wait much more enjoyable. The hospitality attendant was attentive and made sure everything remained well supplied.
Overall, it was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Sheehy Infiniti in Chantilly for your service needs—and if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle, I’m confident you will receive the same top-quality customer service.

This is one of the best places I have been visiting since 2014 to get almost all of my vehicle’s maintenance like tire rotations, oil and filter changes, the safety inspections, and a diagnostics test to see what may be needing fixing. The Sheehy VIP Club Membership they offer has been such a great investment, and has allowed me to know exactly what needs to be fixed in my vehicle in a timely manner. The fact, that they offer Top notch customer service, and have always gone above, and beyond in servicing my vehicle has motivated me to one day purchase a vehicle directly from, that specific location. TYSM for all your hard work, attention to details, and the best customer service in the area. All the Hardworking Customer Service Representatives, Mechanics, Receptionist, Sales Representatives that work there have done such an excellent job since I have been getting service there since 2014. I have always dreamed of driving an Infinity and know that my goals of driving one very soon will come to life. I currently own two Nissan Brand Vehicles, and they have by far exceeded my expectations. I love the Sheehy Club Membership, because I can renew it every 3 years, and get service done at any location offering Sheehy VIP Members service. This is why I have been bringing my Nissan to your location, because of # one the services you offer, and # two you all being so close to home. Anyone who goes to this location is always treated like family.

I’m extremely disappointed, especially after being a loyal customer for many years and bringing four vehicles to this dealership.
On January 15th, I brought my Infiniti QX70 in for a routine oil change. The vehicle was driving without any issues beforehand. Immediately after leaving, I noticed a loud whining noise that was never there before. I tried calling the same day with no answer, then again on January 16th, when I was told a manager would call me back. No one ever did, and I then had to leave town for a work trip.
When I returned and attempted to drive the car again, the issue was much worse. While I could still drive it, it felt like it was on the verge of a catastrophic failure and was no longer something I felt safe driving.
I’m now out $850. The service manager, Chris, reduced the bill from about $1,000 to $850, which I appreciate, but I shouldn’t be paying anything when the vehicle had no issues before the oil change. I also contacted the general manager twice and received no response. I was told there are cameras, yet no one reviewed them to determine whether my vehicle may have been damaged while in their care.
This experience showed a lack of accountability when a vehicle is damaged during service, and customers are left absorbing the cost. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but I want others to be aware and proceed with caution.
