SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!! I purchased a new 2026 Infiniti QX60 as a Christmas present for my wife. Her preference required the install of illuminated kick plates and illuminated welcome lighting (with LOGO). Mr ubaldi Rodriguez, and the SHEEHY maintenance techs (name unknown ) Worked tirelessly to complete the install before Christmas. I was absolutely impressed by the personal sacrifice of time to ensure the install was done, and "done right". My wife was thrilled, which made me her hero. Thank you ubaldi, thank you, maint techs, and thank you SHEEHY INFINITI of Chantilly.

My experience with this dealership was incredible. Starting with Masih, she was very welcoming and patient with me learning the controls and features of my vehicle. I loved how personal and kind our experience felt. When it came to numbers AJ really stepped up. He knows his market and easily explained anything I had questions about. They don’t waste your time with bullshit but make sure you’re covered where it’s needed. I was nervous about how car dealerships are known to take advantage but I love this Sheehy, and the services I received there. Definitely will continue to be a customer. Thanks again Masih and AJ!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I experienced today.
I scheduled a detailing appointment and was told it would take almost the entire day, so I specifically asked if a loaner vehicle could be included. I was told yes and that it was confirmed. When I arrived, there was suddenly no loaner available, and no one seemed to know anything about what had been confirmed over the phone. As someone who purchased the Sheehy VIP, this was especially frustrating.
I also made it very clear upon arrival that my car has fresh window tint and asked Chris Dyonossocolopus to make a note to ensure the windows were not rolled down. The main reason for my visit was to have gum removed from my car, and when I asked if this could be done, the response I received was simply, “I don’t know,” which did not inspire any confidence.
Because I was told the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until 4:00 PM, despite dropping it off at 9:39 AM and having no loaner, I decided to cancel the service. When I asked about rescheduling, Chris told me he couldn’t do it and came across as dismissive, as if he just wanted to brush me off rather than help find a solution.
When my car was brought back around, I immediately noticed that the window had been rolled down, confirming that my request was not noted or respected at all.
To make matters worse, while waiting, I overheard a salesperson and a technician speaking negatively about another customer in front of me, which was extremely unprofessional. It was a girl in all black and glasses and a technician had long blonde ish hair with a hat on, young looking male.
Overall, this experience showed a serious lack of communication, attention to detail, and customer care. I left feeling ignored and disappointed, and this was not the level of service I expected.
I realize this is an unusually long review, but the level of service we received deserves the extra detail. If you're looking for an honest, pressure-free experience, I feel it's worth the read.
My husband, Chris, and I want to publicly thank the entire team at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly for the excellent car-buying experience we had while purchasing our 2024 Nissan Ariya EV(in the GORGEOUS color-shifting metallic finish, Northern Lights!). The whole process was professional and friendly, and it really EXCEEDED our expectations.
The service started with Tom, the Sales Manager, whose quick communication set a respectful tone from our very first email. When we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by Chase, another salesperson, whose warm, cheerful welcome made us feel right at home. Sofia also provided great support during our initial inquiry.
Henry, our salesperson, is a TOTAL STANDOUT! He is quite young, but he possesses a level of maturity and professionalism that is hard to find at any age. He actually came into work the day after his wedding just to make sure our delivery went smoothly! Even after the store had officially closed for the evening, Henry remained with us to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and had a great experience. He continues to ensure we feel supported every step of the way.
Craig and Billy in management and finance handled the final steps with a lot of care. We ended up staying well past the store's official closing time, but we were never made to feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, we spent that time sharing stories about our families and connecting on a personal level. It made the entire experience feel much MORE LIKE A PARTNERSHIP THAN A SALE. It should be noted, too, that all through this usually stressful part of buying or leasing a vehicle, THE NUMBERS NEVER DEVIATED from what we agreed upon by email beforehand.
What impresses us most is their continuing integrity after the sale. We purchased a pre-owned Ariya with fewer than 15,000 miles, and when we brought up a concern about the upcoming 15,000-mile service documentation a few days later, Billy jumped on it immediately. Even though we are still in the process of finalizing that specific paperwork, his clear explanation and his commitment to seeing it through have made us feel completely at ease!
Both Chris and I are in our 60s, and we’ve purchased and leased many vehicles over the years. This experience was a refreshing change from some of what we often encountered in the past. It’s rare to find a team that stays this involved to make sure every detail is right even after the deal is done. Between Henry’s exceptional service and the honest management from Billy, Craig, and Tom, WE FEEL EXTREMELY VALUED. This is far and above the best car-buying experience we’ve had!
