He got us a quote the day we walked through the door (And we were quoted way below what was expected!) He was patient, kind, honest, understanding, and was always available for questions and provided constant updates. The work, which was pretty extensive, was completed before the anticipated 2+ weeks. When it was time to pay, we paid the exact amount he quoted. My car looks brand new. I will tell friends, family, and strangers to use this body shop. It was the simply the least stressful part of having the accident. Mo! You are such an asset to this establishment and a good human being. An additional 5 stars to you for being awesome 😊
