I knew my battery needed to be changed, they noticed it, tested and confirmed, let me know with no pressure. Very upfront with prices. The same battery was much cheaper outside but I don’t know how to change a battery and I would be paying the same amount elsewhere. Overall, very satisfied with their service. For people complaining they over charge you, do it yourself.
