While it may seem like a simple task, alignments are actually quite intricate and 90% of shops will only adjust the toe and send it out the door. I gave them the specs I wanted and they did a phenomenal job. I reached out to them after having multiple failed attempts at ALL the highly rated shops, performance shops, the local dealerships you name it. I’m glad to have found a shop that genuinely cares about not only customer service but most importantly making sure my car is taken care of properly. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined noticeably, and service seems to have taken a back seat. In recent visits, the staff has not been as friendly or welcoming as they once were...perhaps due to the business growing or other internal changes. It’s disappointing to see this shift, and as a result, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
