What started as a really stressful situation was made incredibly easy thanks to his kindness, patience, and professionalism. Cory truly went above and beyond to help me, and he made me feel so much less stressed throughout the entire process. He even came to pick up my mom from work to make sure she could get into a rental car, which meant so much to us. His customer service was exceptional, and his willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I am extremely grateful that I was assisted by him and would highly recommend Cory to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Enterprise came over (rental to be charged to the dealer.) They quickly arrived. However, in addition to the normal license, proof of insurance and my phone number, they insisted on a SECOND phone number, my employer and make/model of my current car. Absolutely not needed. When advised they could not rent to me without the additional information, I was glad to go back to my service advisor and find a better option.
