  Update: Upon return today, they were able to offer us a suitable vehicle. Our alternatives were closed or 30+ minutes away, so we decided to give it one more shot. As our insurance had given us an offer for a large SUV with another rental company, they were able to match that offer without an up charge. The gentleman at the front was very professional and apologetic for the issues prior-especially as my wife was stuck at the dealership without good options the night before. Updated from one star to 3 stars. --- This location was a complete disappointment and caused unnecessary stress for my entire family—including my wife, two kids, and our baby. We had a confirmed reservation for a full-size SUV (Yukon), arranged through the insurance company and Enterprise Reservation. The vehicle was needed while ours was in the repair shop, and everything had been confirmed prior to our arrival. The location itself was hard to find since it’s tucked inside a Cadillac dealership with no clear signage. After finally locating it and checking in, the employee informed us that there were no Yukons or any large SUVs available, and instead offered a VW Atlas—a much smaller vehicle. I explained that this would not work for our family and luggage, especially as we were supposed to leave for a vacation the next day. He dismissed the confirmed reservation and said we should have known to press #5 and call the local branch to confirm availability. How would any customer know that? After he checked the inventory and found no suitable vehicles, we had no choice but to leave. Later, after weighing our options, we called back and agreed to take the Atlas just to keep our vacation plans from falling apart. They said it was available and could pick us up after we dropped our car off for repairs. But once my wife got there with the kids, we were told the Atlas was no longer available because it was undergoing an oil change. Then they offered a Ford Expedition—but with an upcharge. This felt incredibly dishonest and opportunistic. At that point, it was clear we were being taken advantage of, and no real effort was made to honor the original reservation or help our situation. Avoid this Enterprise location at all costs. It seems to primarily handle insurance-related rentals and offers very little flexibility or customer care. You’ll have better service and more reliable options at other locations—especially airport branches.
