  This enterprise stole my $400 gaming device. Long story short, I left a Nintendo switch along with a garage door opener and a key in the rental vehicle all right next to each other. I called the next day and was assured they would grab the items and it was no big deal. For the next 5 days they kept giving me the run around. Finally, they showed me the lost and found to prove it wasn’t there. Turns out the key and garage door opener were there but the $400 Nintendo switch was mysteriously gone. No steps taken by the branch to resolve the issue, so I had to resort to reporting it to the police.

  Returned the car on time and dropped the key in the after-hours box exactly as instructed. Later, I was accused of returning it late and charged extra — completely false. When I called and said I had video evidence proving the exact time I dropped the key, they suddenly put me on hold and came back with, “Okay, we’ll refund it.” So the charge was never valid in the first place — it just disappeared once proof was mentioned. This is either extreme incompetence or an intentional attempt to overcharge customers who don’t push back. Either way, it’s unacceptable. Customers should not have to film themselves returning a rental to avoid being wrongly charged. If you return a car after hours, record everything, or expect to be blamed and billed. I only rent here because it’s close to my residence. Otherwise, I would avoid this location entirely and do not recommend it to anyone.

  Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Especially Michael Chang, he got me set up in my car quickly, efficiency and made the process easy all around. Highly recommend.
