He knew which bulb was needed instead and he also but the new bulb in free of charge. In addition, I needed a new battery and he found one that would work and this was also installed free of charge. He gave me helpful information for both the bulb and battery and was very pleasant and eager to help. He was very knowledgeable with a can-do attitude - I really appreciated his help!
- WPWayne PDec 9, 20255.0David really went through the extra mile to replace my car's battery today. The old manufacturer's battery was badly corroded and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, this also made it extremely difficult to remove the terminal clamps. The 30F temperature didn't make it any easier, but David never gave up. Associate Mason came over to help and after about 20 minutes, the two of them managed to remove the old battery and attach the replacement. My car started up and was back in business. Service like that makes a difference and it's something I won't forget. Thank you David, Mason, and AutoZone!
