They never resolved my issue and let me walk out without resolving anything. The 2 employees didn’t show any caring and all they said was come back when the manager is here. THIS IS THE WORST AUTOZONE DON’T GO THERE!

I gave them all the correct information: car make, model, and year as well as VIN number and they kept giving me the wrong rotors for my vehicle. I was hoping that for the inconvenience, I could get a credit or keep the brake pads (the only thing that was correct) for free, but nope. I spent over 2 hours traveling back and forth in total, and keep having to reschedule with my mechanic. I imagine most shops would have just given a store credit at the very least or tried to remedy the situation. Went to Advance Auto Parts down the street instead and they gave me the right size right away. And funny enough, the man in line behind me was at advance auto for the same reason - Autozone gave him the wrong parts.

I don’t live in the area so I had to go all the way back to return it. The one gentleman at least gave me my money back, but they then told me they didn’t have the one I ordered. They then wanted me to pay for another one that was way more expensive. With the time that was wasted I think they should have at least discounted it for me. Very frustrated
