Hayes was incredibly helpful, informative, and took the time to explain recommendations without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. The service felt honest and efficient. This past weekend my son took his car in for an oil change and they upsold him the basic stuff (filters, transmission flush, etc) which is fine. What was unethical was upselling him a new battery without testing the one he had. If they had been ethical and trustworthy they would have seen his battery was ~2 weeks old. Not knowing any better and thinking these guys were honest based on our 10+ years of going there, he agreed. Not sure what happened with their practices, but I would not recommend given their lack of integrity. There are dozens of mom and pop garages around which I would trust before ever going back. Good luck if you fall for the coupon bait...

They spent time talking to me beyond just a classic routine upsell on services and as a woman going into mechanic shops to actually service my vehicle is not only a miracle in itself but I generally avoid it as concerns and questions aren’t usually taken seriously but here I felt at peace.
