Thankfully, I know enough to know the excuses for why they “had to use the most expensive oil” was garbage. I’ve had much better luck and service at other Jiffy Lubes in the area. Take your business elsewhere.

However this time, (maybe different stuff) the service was unprofessional, they put me different oil (they said better) but did not tell me. I notice the sticker on my window said 5000 next change when it was 3000 all the time, but the whole reason was because my car always run smooth after the oil change however this time it was not. I was not sure why the change, I went back to the store and I spoke to Lee (assistant manager) who told me that my car had many recalls and nothing related to the oil not caring for what I am explaining. Also, told me that because they put a better oil they don't need to tell me or explain about that!!!!! . I am the owner of the car I need to be aware about it even though if a lower or higher quality oil ! . In the end, what I consider very rude, he said he is caring the situation because because he still did not ask me to get out from the store yet ...... Wow.

Often I have gone in for low tire pressure, stalling, too, when I have received from that dependable company what probably needs to be done by another source if it isn’t in its own area of direct service. Having gone there today for an oil change, how pleased I was to have been informed that a brake flush was so needed & really appreciated that one of that Jiffy Lube’s technicians could accomplish it. No one can lose by getting vehicle service from this far-beyond-satisfying location!
