  Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. That, plus me reserving our rental vehicle in advance, made for a smooth and easy transaction. Everything about the experience was great and we will most definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

  Employees are nice at this location, they are busy so good luck getting them to answer the phone, just go into office and save your self the time if you can. I was in 3 different vehicles over a 11 day period. 1st car had a bad battery. This location is closed on sat-sun as well. Abington seems to be a Little eaiser to get into a vehicle you like also they are open some on the weekend. Also vehicles dont seem as kept up/low mileage like they was before covid.

  They are just great and so friendly. I rented for 6 months and they never let me down. The Enterprise crew in Cedar Bluff and Abington, Virginia were absolutely the best❤️

  Can’t thank Rachel at this Enterprise location enough for helping me out in a difficult situation when the SUV I rented in NY for a mission trip to WV suddenly started leaking oil. She went above and beyond to hold a vehicle for me and try to arrange a delivery to the remote location where my team was helping repair homes. Rachel came through big when the roadside assistance hotline was absolutely no help. I was able to get the original vehicle to her (keeping a couple quarts of oil in case), and she had the new vehicle waiting. Thanks to her, our Appalachia Service Project team was able to work at full strength for the week and do some badly needed repairs on a family’s home.
