From start to finish, the entire team was great to deal with. Beau, our sales guy, was knowledgeable about the product and never pushy. He answered our questions, gave us space to think, and made the process comfortable. Rick, the sales manager, was hilarious and super helpful. My wife definitely haggled the hell out of him, and he was a great sport about it. He worked with us and made sure we felt good about the deal. Ron in finance was easygoing and straightforward — no pressure, no gimmicks, just a smooth process. Tyler, who did our walkthrough, was awesome. He took his time showing us all the ins and outs of the RV, answered every question we had, gave helpful suggestions on upgrades, installed my hitch and a few other items, and made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. Honestly, Tyler is a solid dude and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, Coastal RV made buying our camper a fun and easy experience. Highly recommend them if you’re in the market for an RV.

Got right to work and finished early. I was very pleased with the interaction. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I probably will go back when more indepth service is required. Also should mention that getting in and out was pretty easy.
