I get settled in the waiting room unpack my work laptop to work while I wait and literally right before I started even reading my emails they told me my car was ready. I couldn’t believe it! If I ever have another issue or need to buy tires in the future I will be coming here.

I felt this would be a good test of whether they would follow through on their guaranteed tire repair. Well in short, they did exactly as they promised. They looked at the tire, repaired it, and let me know that the repair was free - in less than 15 minutes. The customer service we experienced was great, the wait time was incredible, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I highly recommend this location!

Ivee and Amir were helpful and professional as always & got the tire fixed right away (removed 2 nails!) for only $35. We have replaced all 4 tires on both our cars in the last year, at NTB Burke, and they are always receptive, friendly, and efficient. We will continue to use them and to recommend them!
