  Very reasonable package deals for services. Got new tires and alignment for my father's 2008 vw rabbit. I've been to a lot of shops over the years but this one was among the top. Tough to beat some of their prices. Been to shops that charges more and did half as good as they did. Eric the guy running the counter , very polite and knowledgeable. Easy to converse with.

  Brought my work vehicle, a Kia Sedona, in for brakes, new tires, and an alignment. Picked it up and it immediately was malfunctioning which it was not previously doing. Brought it back. More diagnostics were done and another part was recommended for replacement at my cost. Was told it was all fixed. Went and test drove it and the malfunctions were still happening. They kept the car another day, said that the malfunctions were no longer happening after resetting the codes, and that if it happened again it would need to go to a Kia specific mechanic or dealership but was assured that the issues were not their fault and not related to the work they'd done. I tested it again and the issues and computer error codes and malfunctions were immediately happening again. So I took it to a different mechanic who diagnosed it. The steering and alignment were off center, which Mr Tire had JUST done, and also the steering sensor was not reset and recalibrated after the alignment, which can then cause all the issues I was seeing after the work Mr Tire completed. So the current mechanic is working on fixing everything, again at my expense. This has been an absolutely unacceptable nightmare and I'll not be coming back.

  After experiencing a significant leak in one of my tires, the new assistant manager (Garrett) made sure the tire was deflated, adhesive applied and installed a new valve stem. I was at the point of not driving my car due to the significant loss of tire pressure but after Garrett and his tech did the work, the problem was solved. Thank you!

  The store itself was wonderful. Call the store direct for prices. We were given outdated pricing information based on oil that is no longer manufactured when talking to the call center. The gentleman who talked to me from the shop was great though and helped me get the price closer to what was quoted by the call center. So 5 stars for the shop, 3 stars for the call center for not pricing with the most current information which caused sticker shock until the shop stepped in. I wish I got The shop guys name as he was great!
