  Car rental on March 26, 2026— Burke Enterprise is now my favorite location—huge improvement from six months ago. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Even with a short wait (totally understandable with limited staff and busy season), everything moved quickly. The car was spotless and exactly what I needed. Pickup and exchange were smooth and easy. I’m confident the return will be just as seamless. I couldn’t wait to share this :) Big shoutout to Laura—she was amazing! Super helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to provide that extra mile customer service. She truly made the experience stand out. Give her the recognition she deserves! Thank you so much Laura! That partner you can trust!

  If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They will tell you that they a have a vehicle ready for you but when you arrive, they will say they no have no inventory. How can you be a business with no product? This location will lie to you and mislead you with no thought of how it will impact your day. Even after contacting corporate and customer service I received no help for my situation and was just lied to again. I wish I could recommend another company like Hertz but the truth is they are no better than Enterprise.

  The team at Burke Road is outstanding. Riaz and Laura were courteous and efficient with checking me out and checking me back in, and Marcus was very helpful, both on the phone and with retrieving a personal item I left in the car.

  Poor customer service. They rarely answer the phone and even if you’re willing to wait on hold, the system will hang up on you after like 5 minutes, so you have to be willing to call many times to get helped. After 30 minutes on hold and a dozen attempts to call to confirm my exchange was available, I arrived and walked into the branch to see Marcus the branch manager chatting with another employee. He was the one who told me to call at that time to confirm! I told him I was currently on hold and I could hear their phone ringing in the background. Who knows how long they were free to answer my calls but chose not to? He said they didn’t have my exchange and to try again in 5-6 days. What a waste of time.

  There was a regional internet outage this morning when I needed to pick up. Both gentlemen working there were so professional and working hard to try to get us checked out on time, despite the internet issue that was out of their control. I really appreciate their professionalism and how well they navigated that hurdle. I will be utilizing this location in the future next time I need a rental!
