- WNWill NicholsDec 28, 20251.0I had a bad experience today at Mr. Tire. I called to schedule a wheel-swap on my corvette and they scheduled me for 3:00 pm. I drove the wheels up their earlier and unloaded them in the back. I go back at 3:00 PM and wait almost an hour for my car to get started on. A few minutes later they tell me they can't put my car on the lift because it's too low to work on. It's a stock corvette (not modified). I ask if they have an old fashion hydraulic jack and he says no, which is a lie, because I saw one back there when i was unloading the wheels. Anyone with experience knows there are ways get low vehicles on the lift using blocks and a jack. They just didn't want to do the work. So, I had to go get my van bring it back up there and load the wheels back up. I backed in to load the wheels and the worker there just sat there and watched me load my wheels and didn't even offer to help, despite them wasting several hours of my day. Very disappointing.
