  After experiencing a significant leak in one of my tires, the new assistant manager (Garrett) made sure the tire was deflated, adhesive applied and installed a new valve stem. I was at the point of not driving my car due to the significant loss of tire pressure but after Garrett and his tech did the work, the problem was solved. Thank you!

  The store itself was wonderful. Call the store direct for prices. We were given outdated pricing information based on oil that is no longer manufactured when talking to the call center. The gentleman who talked to me from the shop was great though and helped me get the price closer to what was quoted by the call center. So 5 stars for the shop, 3 stars for the call center for not pricing with the most current information which caused sticker shock until the shop stepped in. I wish I got The shop guys name as he was great!

  Great customer service and very fast too! Was amazed with how quick my flat tire issue was taken care off. 10/10 would recommend!

  Came here to have all 4 tires replaced. They didn’t have the ones I wanted in stock but drove to another store to grab and install them. John, the technician who worked in my car was great. Super communicative and honest.

  VERY IMPRESSED & NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! It’s great to find an HONEST auto service business! I brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire because my Kia dealership told me that my brake pads needed to be replaced (front 4mm & rear 3mm). Not wanting to pay dealership prices, I brought our vehicle to Mr. Tire based on my neighbor’s recommendation. When I got a call from Mr. Tire I assumed they were calling to tell me my vehicle was ready to be picked up, but to my surprise I was told that “they could not in good conscience perform this service because my brake pads were no where near needing to be replaced.” They provided pictures of my brake pads along with the measurements (10mm front & 7mm rear) and told me that they were going to write the service up as a complementary break inspection.
