I called again and he did hang up one more time. I could not believe someone treat the customer like this and I wasn't saying anything else just asking if the battery I left there two days prior is charged or not? I hope Advance Auto Parts invest a little bit more time and money to teach customer service to their employees. My experience was just disgusting I will never go to Advance Auto parts specially to West Springfield, VA.
