    I would like to say first that the front office staff is awesome. She's very personable, friendly and professional. Zach is also a delight. However, I took my vehicle (which we had just purchased a few weeks prior) in to get some repairs, and while they completed the repairs promptly, the day I picked up the vehicle I noticed four scratches in my driver's door interior tint that were not there when I dropped it off. I reached out as soon as I noticed them and I brought the vehicle back in the very next morning to have them look at it. Brandon insinuated that it had been done by a seat belt and he made sure to let me know that they don't typically use seat belts since they're just driving through the parking lot. As a disabled person who's arm doesn't cooperate enough to even think about slinging a seat belt the way he was saying, I felt rather disheartened that the matter wasn't being taken seriously. He left me with an "I'll make some calls" and sent me on my way. He later spoke with my spouse and argued with her about the validity of the scratches, saying that they weren't visible in the pictures they had taken when they first recieved the vehicle, therefore he won't replace the tint. To my knowledge, scratches acquired while in the custody of the company won't appear in the images taken before it was worked on. I hope they do better in the future.

    Great service. Had a bumper replaced and they even went the extra mile and readded on a Batman metal decal I had on my old bumper! They kept me informed every step of the way.

    Do not leave items in your vehicle they will not be there when you return. Be ready for multiple excuses as to why your vehicle is not done. When you point out problems with your vehicle during walk through they will lie to you. As soon as I seen my vehicle I knew something was wrong with the first area. I was told my tailgate would be fixed replaced during service as it would not open due to being hit in the rear and drivers side of my jeep gladiator. It was not the paint along the side and around the parts that open are scrapped down to the metal from the friction. Mind you I bought my jeep new I had inly had it six months prior to being hit. I waited a month for my appointment to have it fixed. I drove 3 hours to them because I was told they were a jeep certified dealer and my insurance approved of them, so I thought I was going to get a great service. I was wrong! They went back and forth, first stating it was being painted and put back together to oh insurance approved the wrong part yours needed another one and we ordered the wrong one your insurance approved, they were the certified dealer and should have known it was wrong and didn’t work for the truck bed. Then each day it was oh maybe it will be ready later today or in the morning. A month later it was ready after multiple calls from myself as they state they update on tuesday and Thursday but that is not the case at best once a week with generic responses and excuses. Or say they will call you right back and do not! They knew I was 3 hours away and had been waiting to here back from them to know if i could puck up my jeep after multiple calls that day and being told Amber would call me back she did not and I waited and finally got ahold of her she stated oh your jeep is in the bay getting detailed it will be ready in 15 minutes for you to just swing by and pick up. Mind you I’m three hours away they close at 5 its now almost 2 I have called all day and took another day off work. I rush as fast as possible to get their before they close and the paint job does not look good it looks like one coat of paint was appied the dark from the metal is shinning through. Paint is rough. Vehicle was definitely not detailed. My phone hilder and teo special ducks that were in the consol are gone. My back seat was lifted and gone through as I have never opened it and the parts for the jeep that came with it were still in plastic. I had a container of armour all wipes sitting on seat that when vehicle was picked up was wedged in between the seat when someone went through it and put the seat back down on it smashing it and left it wedged there. Amber did not finish walk around after I pointed out the bare metal and said oh I will take it around back and add touch up paint. Waited in the parking lot standing where she left me and a man finally came out and said he would have them add touch up paint to it, them stated well you can leave the tailgate here and i will paint it. Really it was supposed to be done right the first time and was not. That would mean driving three hours hone, then three hours back who knows how ling it would take them to do that as they are bot going to make your time a priority. So then he says well we will put touch up paint on it. Again I was left standing in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Amber then drive My jeep around the from and said its ready. I left as they were closing and staff was leaving. When i arrived at hone it was dark. The next day when leaving work I really stopped to look at the bedside looks like two different colors of white paint dark metal shinning through. Paint is bumpy and touch up paint WAS never applied to tailgate. Leaving the bare metal to rust!! And white over spray on black fender but was told it was taken apart and painted and put back on jeep. Jeep definitely was NOT detailed dead bugs all dried in grill and all over jeep.
