However, I took my vehicle (which we had just purchased a few weeks prior) in to get some repairs, and while they completed the repairs promptly, the day I picked up the vehicle I noticed four scratches in my driver's door interior tint that were not there when I dropped it off. I reached out as soon as I noticed them and I brought the vehicle back in the very next morning to have them look at it. Brandon insinuated that it had been done by a seat belt and he made sure to let me know that they don't typically use seat belts since they're just driving through the parking lot. As a disabled person who's arm doesn't cooperate enough to even think about slinging a seat belt the way he was saying, I felt rather disheartened that the matter wasn't being taken seriously. He left me with an "I'll make some calls" and sent me on my way. He later spoke with my spouse and argued with her about the validity of the scratches, saying that they weren't visible in the pictures they had taken when they first recieved the vehicle, therefore he won't replace the tint. To my knowledge, scratches acquired while in the custody of the company won't appear in the images taken before it was worked on. I hope they do better in the future.
