Got the extension finally then tried to charge AGAIN while dropping the car off. If you don't want double charges I would suggest a different enterprise.

Left the phone conversation with the understanding that my reservation was confirmed. Got to the location and was told they gave my reservation away to another customer. He acknowledged our conversation but doesn't remembered the time of the rental. I'm a rental customer for over 16 years and this is my first bad experience with this location. Very disappointed! 😔
