It took over 45 minutes just to purchase a simple item because only one person was helping a very long line of customers, despite several other employees being there and ignoring the situation. When it was finally my turn, the staff member who went to retrieve my item disappeared into the back. I eventually located the item myself, but then had to deal with frustrated customers assuming I was cutting the line while I tried to pay. Here’s a suggestion: assign a cashier to handle self-pickup items instead of wasting everyone’s time. Overall, this place needs serious management and customer-service improvements. I won’t be returning.
