  I came in for a recall. I got my car back with, a dead battery (the battery was less than 9 months old,) new scratches (that need to be painted,) and a new dent deep enough to crack the paint. I was told from my service advisor that they would only try buffing the scratches out, and it would take a full day to do. When I brought up the other damage, I was told the service manager would be in contact with me by the end of that day (a Wednesday.) I didn't hear back from her until Monday the following week. I spoke to the general manger and came to the agreement that they would pay for my tow bills and I'd drop the damages. Two weeks later they're trying to charge my card for a toll violation dated before I got the loaner. I pointed out the date was before I got the loaner. The service manager told me "I apologize if this was a mix-up. Honest mistakes happen. I'll follow up with you Monday morning." Well it's Monday afternoon and still no follow up.

  Called a week prior to bringing my work van in to have them look at my fan knob that broke off, fan was still working, just the knob and mechanism that adjusts the speed broke, I have no defrost, Heat or AC. Lady assured me they could look at it the following Friday, so I brought the van in Thursday afternoon so it would be there by Friday morning. Well Friday around 3pm, she calls and says unfortunately they were unable to look at the van, something about short staffed or busy, and also didnt have the right mechanic there who was knowledgeable in that area, they only had a weeks notice to have this ready, I gave them a detailed account of what was happening, not to mention this is a common issue on these 2018 chevy express vans and they should already have parts in house, So I basically wasted time dropping it off, getting a ride there and back and had to use a day off work for nothing, totally unprofessional. If they knew Thursday afternoon that they were short staffed and may not even get to it Friday, i could've just scheduled to bring it in another day and worked Friday, i realize it was probably going to be down a few days, but to just sit in their lot untouched for a day was unacceptable, I will definitely not be using Bad Luck Chevrolet in the future.

  I was a remote buyer and needed to rely of the dealership staff to provide accurate data on the vehicle and related pricing. My experience was very positive! I worked with Lisa Johnson (sales) and Eric (Finance). Lisa was professional, very responsive and went above and beyond in meeting my needs. Eric was effective and efficient in finalizing the purchase. They both were very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford of Ashland, Lisa and Eric. I will definitely work with them on any future automobile purchases.
