  We traded our old travel trailer here for a 5th wheel and they have been great to work with and we drive to get service here as well. Brittany has been so great to work with and keeps us up to date on status of our camper as its going through the items.

  I’ve just recently purchased a 2021 travel trailer from McGeorge Rv in Ashland Va.. not even three weeks of having it and had took it out for our family first catamount trip. We had a blow out on the right side tires within 45 mins in our trip. I had pull over within 5-8 second and the damaged was done. Put on the spare tire and notice my spare tires was dry rotted and could t hold air. Limp it to the next exit down to a Loves truck stop and put air in the tires and still notice it wasn’t holding air. I had no choice but to sit and waited for road side (Good Sam) I was charge $378 and had to put on an extra 150 dollars for the left side tire to also be replace cause it would’ve blown also. Made it to my campground late. I kept on thinking this situation could have been worst if I had not had 20 plus years of tractor trailer experience knowing it’s a blow out when it had happened. I had my grand daughter in my truck, wife, and son. For our first camping it’ll our travel trailer it’s one that will be remembered. I’ve tried contacting McGeorge and twice I felt like it wasn’t anything they were concerned about. All I wanted was some help and rerun for my damaged. Remind you it’s less than 30 days of owning my travel trailer. Finally got a call back from the service manager Richard. Basically he told me they have done a Virginia State inspection and everything is correct and within guidelines of the inspection. He basically blew it away not concern of my situation. Instead offer me to take my travel a trailer to get it repair at their location with my insurance claim. For that he will throw in the spare tire. My thoughts- I’m in wow and really had change my thought about McGeorge. It’s all about selling and Customer service isn’t good. Good Sam Roadside ain’t isn’t worth it. My wife and I was very Concern about our Safety especially having my Grand Daughter with me..

  My husband and I got a fantastic deal on a 2018 fifth wheel and all of the staff there were wonderful and very helpful. We want to give special thanks to Tim, who went out of his way to help us with securing the hitch to our truck as well as providing us with the right tools.He went out of his way to help us on an extremely hot day. Thank youTim!

  This is our third RV purchase and all other RV have been purchased at Beckley’s RV in thurmont,MD. We had excellent experience at Beckley’s on both purchases and no issues at all. We found a Keystone Montana that we have been eyeing for about two years and finally said let’s do it. Camping world was the only place that had them. We contacted a random dealer the numbers made half sense and decided to visit. The location we visited was the Ashland VA right off 95. The sales guy Xavier was good no issues there. We decide to buy did the paper work that day and schedule the following weekend for pick up. This is where the tables get turned. The unit was not touched, it had a bed nightstand that we told them back the week before that was not working right, wasn’t fix. The unit itself was not cleaned, not even touched. It looked like the pulled it from where we seen it to the staging lot without putting a finger on it. The front cap had a big scratch on it and the unit had only one battery when it was supposed to be two. Ok so a week of preparation and yall do nothing. I didn’t even receive a call to say hey we are getting your unit setup for our appointment Saturday. I had to call the sales guy and asked if everything was still good for Saturday. Ok so now it’s about how they CW respond. There response was we can give you a $200 camping works gift card. Or you can drive 3 hours back down here to drop it off and leave it and come back when it’s ready. What??? Please cancel this transaction and let me go elsewhere. You here the bad stories about CW and they had no problem living up to those bad stories. Really surprised how they are in business with the way the do business. I would not shop here, and will not return to this location.
