- JWJames WJul 28, 20251.0Paid for an alignment that they never did but took my truck for over 2hrs.. I tried reaching out to Moekiley and Megan and haven’t heard back from either. Terrible service all around. It usually takes them 1.5hrs to do a simple oil change/tire rotation and they don’t even rotate the tires when they say they do, ridiculous! I will be switching to the Sheehy in Richmond for service.

- KTKevin TaylorAug 4, 20211.0I was a little upset after bringing my car in for oil change after everything was done they told me that I need to pay I was told that it was done for life then I found out the VIP had expired but I know when they put my VIN number in that computer it had to come up there and say that is expired be at least they could have notified me that I needed to pay I think that was very poor customer service and if I would have had all those filters change like they were trying to do it would have been way more money that I wanted to spend that would look real bad
