    We were greeted upon arrival. Sherry was exceptional, she asked what she could assist us with. Sherry was attentive, able to communicate effectively, was not pushy, she understood and immediately knew what was available in our price range. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

    $250 diagnostic fee to replace a cooler line I told them was leaking. Shop rate is $220/hr. $2100 bill to replace a transmission cooler line and cooler. This place is $70-$100/hr MORE than most places in the area. They did do a good job with the work and communicated well. However these prices just feel like absolute gouging. They also curbed my rear tire pretty good when parking the truck after service.

    My 16 F-150 Limited was due for an oil change and a faulty TPM sensor. Ms. Cameron McDonald and the Valet team assisted with the service, and delivery of the vehicle to my home. In addition, provided me an update on some items that I will need to service upon my next visit. Honest and reliable information upfront to prepare for my vehicles next service. That's what it's all about Honesty!!!!
