Jose took the time to truly understand what my family and I were looking for in a camper not just trying to make a sale, but making sure we found the perfect fit for our needs and lifestyle.

Well I will start with BUYER BE WARE.
These people will call and email you every other day when they want you to buy but have an issue and getting anyone will be almost non-existent.
We were about 3 weeks after the purchase and we were 6 hours away. I will say there was not a warranty that we did not buy, but that's neither here nor there.
This was our first purchase and its a 5th wheel. I believed then when I was told it was inspected and everything was good. (don't believe this hire your own inspector just like you would for a house)
Well we finally needed to fill our water tank and it started leaking from the bottom behind a slide.
Once I finally reached them they said to bring it in and they would LOOK AT IT. Since they claim to be so large and care about there customers I ask for them to hire a tech to come check it. I was informed that they don't do that. Talk about trying to dodge any responsibility!
Do your self a favor if you do business with them get your own inspection or don't buy from them.
After 25 years of owning my own business I have send this advice to ANYONE that I have had contact with this. As you can imagine that is a lot of people.
What I will do is have this repaired by a mobile tech and if they do not pay the bill when I submitted my attorney has said we will file suit.
In all my years I have never NEVER treated a customer with this level of not taking care of issues.
The finance company also wants to know the outcome and will help if they can as they assumed that the unit was ready to go.
On a last noted they also claimed that my propane tanks were full and I found that when I tried to use propane one of the tanks was empty and I had to pay to fill it.
Again they just shove out and shove it to you without the grease.
As for me I will buy from a homeless person before I give any camping world any business again.
They are not here to assure you are set and happy but only that they are getting rid of the RVs at all cost.
I also noted that they really only respond to positive reviews and never over to correct anything that is wrong. A business is only as good as how they handle their issues.
PS Our sales person was Janelle Brown and after she sales you and all the emails to get you to buy she will not contact you or help you with any problems after the fact.
Also check all the lawsuits around the country that have be paid. You would think that they would hjave learned bit it appears not.
Keeping count. I have talked 3 people out of buying. Add 3 more we are up to 6.

In October 2025, I purchased a 38-foot used travel trailer from McGeorge RV (Camping World Ashland). I also purchased roof protection coverage at the time of sale.
Before delivery, they performed a “spot seal” on the roof. I trusted that it was done properly. Three months later, during my first quarterly inspection at another Camping World location, I was told the sealant job was poorly done — old sealant wasn’t properly covered, cracks were left exposed, and the work was uneven and ineffective.
I contacted the Ashland location and was told they would not help because the RV was sold “As Is.” I am now facing a $2,000 peel-and-seal repair to fix what should have been handled correctly the first time.
Very disappointing experience. Get everything in writing and consider an independent inspection before leaving the lot. I would not recommend this location.

My boyfriend, Dillon, made his first trip to this location by himself. He ranted and raved to me about his sales person named Tim, short for Timothy i’m always a little skeptical I figured, “hey this is a sales person. Of course he’s nice.” However I had to agree 110% because when I met him, I immediately understood Dillons take on Tim. He is a genuine, kind hearted young man while being thorough and handling the transaction. He made sure every concern that Dillon had was addressed before we picked up the camper. He worked with him on a trade-in and at the end of the day he made sure that we had everything we would need to be safe before pulling out. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics involved, which is a big concern for me when making a purchase . The store was very large, well staffed. All items were fully stocked with some great member deals. All the stuff I met was very friendly and took care of us immediately. No sales people standing around chatting, then ignoring customers here.! I honestly had 100% grade day experience. We will be back to this location to make any purchases in the future from Tim. We drove an hour and a half away to get to this location and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again because we have our Salesman for life!
