- CDcharise davis1 day ago1.0We went to pick up our RV ON SATURDAY 11/22 and had a wonderful experience with the young lady managing the desk. She was a n le to solve all the issues that the tech team DID NOT. She deserves 5 stars. The tech team DOES NOT. The tech team left the tv up, the carbon monoxide alarm going off, all lights on, and a flat tire. You need to review w your techs completing a job 100% when repairs are finished. Be grateful you have that young lady working w you.
- BSBrian Skipper3 days ago4.0Arrived at 10:00 in the morning The sales lady was there met me hurried me along showed me the camper we made our deal the finance guy was really good The lady was great with finance got my deal a great deal and then they carried me back to a lounge to wait for my camper to be washed and brought to me I think they might have been able to start that while we were finishing some of the paperwork but I guess they wait till it's done but I had to wait and wait and wait and but the people were nice they were very knowledgeable I was just make sure that if you got to leave to drive a long distance back that you tell them ahead of time to be prepping your camper if you plan on buying it I guess it still can't say enough good about the sales girl Haley

- KHKate Hagan5 days ago1.0Drove hours to look at a specific new travel trailer with cash in hand. The two ladies at the front desk were insanely entertaining and very inefficient. After finally getting assigned a sales associate we were driven out to look at a new travel trailer with; Flat tire. Poop in the toilet. A big square sawed out of the kitchen. A huge crack in the floor. Long nails hanging out of the couch. Fan hanging from the ceiling. Wires pulled from the inside out. Looked like someone was living in it at one point. All noticed in a quick 5 minute walk through. Took longer to wait for a sales associate than it did to be disappointed by the brand new travel trailer I was being shown. The association lied directly to my face about the damages instantly seen. Looked me in the eyes and told me a large pile of saw dust on the counter where the microwave had been literally sawed out of the wall, was dust from the trailer settling. Then asked if they could show me another rig. No way I was going to waste another moment.
- MTMichelle TalhelmOct 24, 20251.0This place is a scam. I have been here multiple times, they use shady tactics to get you to sign for a camper. First time I came here, they would not take "no" for an answer, kept trying to reduce the price.. kept asking what we were looking for and told us that "if you find 80% of what you are looking for then you should settle". No. For the amount of money you want, I am not settling. Second time, I wanted to give this place another try, they said "we need x amount down", and kept increasing it. Kept saying "this is the sale price" and how we should get it now, just to find out the next day it was marked down further. They wanted 3x the amount of the original down payment, and still couldn't say how much the monthly payment would be. After giving the information to do a *partial* payment, and was ASSURED the camper would be HELD for two weeks, the ENTIRE down payment was charged to my account and less than a week it was SOLD. The person we spoke to was off for a few days (no communication/they dont care.. they got their money.) So, not only was it 3x the ORIGINAL amount needed for a down payment, they demanded more documents, and TOLD us that it was ours. Just to tell us 3 hours later that it was SOLD to someone else. We were supposed to pick this up tomorrow, and after dropping almost 2k to reserve it- now it's sold. They knew we wanted the camper, worked with us for a long time to get the payment details worked out. If the bank didn't approve the funds, then I would get a full refund. Now it's in limbo.
