- MBMarci B5 days ago1.0Should have listened to poor reviews! Bought Class A used motor home and traded in 5th wheel. As usual found issues with trade and lowered value 4500. Not happy, but ok, went with it. AFTER paying and paperwork done, they then tell us they cannot fix side cameras which are super blurry and of no use, was assured everything worked. Now even less happy. Get home and find the keys to rv door and all hatches do not work. Called nearly EVERYONE in place for solution. Mind you new door latch and keys no more than $500. Now they want us to return to Ashland, an hour away, so they can “assess” lock and key. Seriously, are we idiots? We will eat cost and file complaint with BBB. Should have listened to poor reviews. Ruined what was supposed to be happy event.😠

- BBBrandon BryantJan 3, 20262.0They are very very pushy even when you are “just browsing” to see what you are interested in. It’s expected from a dealership for you to be persuaded a little however this place is a different level of pushy. They claim to give you a “great” deal and that they will “keep in touch to make a great experience” but in reality once they collect your down payment you won’t hear from then again. We did end up purchasing a used unit and left it there for over a week to have some minor repairs done to meet our satisfaction. When we arrived a week later to pick it up, none of the repairs had been made as promised. The most important repair was the emergency brake cable was non-existent and they passed it on an inspection. Jeff in the finance department and Sara who did our walk through along with making sure the repairs were made are the only reason we went through on this deal.

It was late and cold, but you wouldn't have known it by the warmth and sincerity shown us by Jose. We were "just looking, thank you" though if/when we take the next step, we'll ask for Jose Herrera.
