  We found the perfect home away from home at a price that fit our budget. Garrett Jones was instrumental in helping us find a two year old camper that checked every box. He listened to what we envisioned and then showed us what we asked for. No pressure, just knowledge. We appreciated the honest assistance from our salesman Garrett, the manager, Andrea our concierge, our RV prep team, QC inspector, Colby and Justin in finance, to the out the door switch-the-hitch crew. They heard and met every request down to equal air pressure in each tire. Thank you and good job.

  Somebody, anybody, help! It has been the most difficult and frustrating process, trying to reach a manager or our service manager to repair our 2014 airstream. It was sold to us by General RV with several repairs to be made which they said they would make. We were told to drop off the vehicle last Thursday and it would be ready last Saturday. It was not ready, we had to call to find that out, and we have not heard from anyone all week. Every time I call to speak with our service representative, the lead service manager, or the store manager this week neither of them are available and I’m not getting a call back. Anybody, somebody, help! What do I do now? My vehicle is in their service bay. I cannot use it to travel and I’m not getting any communication or service. This is really bad. This is really a cry for help because no one will call me back. Please help!

  My husband and I had a fantastic experience at General RV in Ashland. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable. Jaz went above and beyond by showing us multiple travel trailer options in freezing cold weather, and she did it with such a down-to-earth, easygoing, and accommodating attitude. We never once felt pressured, which made the experience even better. Joey was wonderful during the financing process and worked hard to secure an interest rate we felt truly comfortable with. Doug made sure everything we discussed was clearly included in our deal before we left, which gave us complete peace of mind. Overall, this was a very pleasant, stress-free experience. We highly recommend General RV in Ashland to anyone looking for an RV and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.

  I am Active Duty and a full time RVer. I bought a 2024 Nexus Phantom brand new off the lot in the fall of 2024. Not 2 hours into my drive, every light on my dash lit up. Since then, I have continued to have problems with my electrical rooftop fan/vent, that still doesn’t work ( even though I paid for the work because my extended warranty did not cover the job, even though my extended warranty was advertised to me as covering “all electric covered”), I have paid for repairs that occurred during the build of the unit, and I have dealt with utterly the worst, unsatisfactory customer service I have ever experienced. I was even contacted by corporate in December for resolution or compensation. I have had minimal contact from this organization since then, with no action taken on resolution or compensation. This company reeks of corporate greed, with empty promises of excellent service and quality products. I asked to speak or at least have my experience reviewed by the CEO, and I have been given no response. Do not purchase or do business with this company, and if you do, you will surely regret it as I have. Post Script I HAVE reached out to Camp Crew. I have sent an email and have gotten NO REPLY.
