  Danny Browder is a fantastic service advisor. He is both friendly and professional, and really cares about the customer experience. He is attentive and communicates promptly and effectively. While some service appointments can be frustrating and unpleasant, we are appreciative and thankful for our experience with Danny. He stays on top of a service issue until it is resolved. We recommend him highly and without reservation.

  We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for purchasing our first RV. Lisa greeted us and made sure the delivery process went smoothly and Melissa went over everything on the RV and made sure we understood the functions of all. Every employee that we encountered during our delivery process was very helpful and friendly. Our experience was great and timely, considering we added items to be installed once we arrived.

  We purchased a new Grand Design in April 2025. We had the absolute worst sales rep ever, he had very little knowledge about RV's and argued with me when we sat down to work out a deal ,knowing that I had previously owned 3 motor homes and a travel trailer.We agreed on a final price and trade in value only to find out when we left they had added an additional $3895.00 to our contract in dealer prep and delivery fees etc!! The next morning we threatened to stop our down payment and break the contract. They finally subtract the $3895.00 and acted like every RV dealer charges these ridiculously high ripoff fees... not true !!! We made our mind up that we wanted the trailer but we would not purchasing any additional warranties etc. at closing!!! The finance guy was extremely pushy and pissed when we refused everything at closing but we could careless...all we wanted was to get out of there with our awesome Grand design and never return!! Stay away from Ashland's General RV!!!!

  Nothing over the top about this RV dealership. Employees Lisa, Melissa and NiAysa were professional, courteous and enjoyable each having a specific role in our delivery process. As expected our guide during our pre-delivery inspection was not intimately familiar with every function on our unit and somethings had to be figured out. The basis of my rating is that GRV's PDI process is woefully inadequate as our walk through discovered several issues that needed correction. And at time of departure, there was no end to end, top to bottom process or walk through ensuring our coach was ready for travel.

  Since my first review was deleted because they were called out....I'll leave another one :) The entire process with purchasing our camper has been absolutely insane! We've had possession of it since Halloween and we have yet to receive any information regarding the loan. We know who it's with, but that's it! The lender doesn't have any anything on file for us.... There was a soft spot on the roof we found after the fact. Brittany said they didn't have to disclose that to us because it "hadn't leaked into the camper". So that's how they do business? Fantastic.....They agreed to fix the fan in the toy hauler section...never received that. Paid for a ceramic coating that we did not receive. Brittany wanted to know how we knew it wasn't applied....well, because if it was applied, then the water would bead up and roll off and it doesn't. There was still sap on it that they failed to clean off. Good try though ;) Please be aware of their tactics....they agreed to pay off our old camper loan as they do appraisals unseen. When we took it up there, they found issues with that we honestly did not know about, so they no longer were going to give us pay off. We had to either eat the the difference that day (which we did) and proceed with going through with our new camper, or back out and lose our NON REFUNDABLE deposit. I think I would have rather taken my chances with Camping World!
