- EGErick GrayNov 7, 20255.0I had an issue with my sunroof, it opened but a piece on the track broke and it it wouldn't closed. I stopped in the guys here looked at it, got it closed for me, didn't charge me anything and got me back on the road within 25 minutes!

- AGAllen GAug 12, 20251.0Left fish eyes all in my paint and refused to correct it stating that it would cost $2000 to have the “whole thing done right”, $2000 is what I initially payed them. So why wasn’t it done right after I paid the $2000 it would take? They made up a bunch of backwards excuses to not fix my paint that looks like crap. I wish I would’ve taken my car anywhere else. They will take advantage of you if you’re paying out of pocket, because insurance would’ve forced them to do it right or they won’t get paid. Rude, alcoholic employees I talked to only added insult to injury.

When we went to pick up the car and brought this up with Brad, he immediately acknowledged the oversight and agreed that we should have been contacted before the work was completed. Without any hassle, he made it right and honored the original estimate. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says everything — and Ferber’s handled it professionally and fairly. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, and I’ll definitely continue to bring them my business. Highly recommend for both the quality of work and the integrity behind it.
