    This is the worst branch and company I have ever had any business transaction with. The whole process was a disaster from the start. Arrived to pick up my rental I reserved 3 weeks earlier. No car for me. Sent to another branch which delayed my trip. Branch didn't transfer paperwork so I ended up being charged twice. 3 weeks after returning the rental still have not been refunded the second charge or my $300 deposit. Highly recommend not using this company. Had to pick 1 star. They don't deserve that.
