  This shop truly went above and beyond. I called late in the afternoon and they checked my car out found the problem and got it fixed all within in an hour. Glad I found this place very professional everybody was friendly especially Richard.

  Excellent customer service. Far exceeded my expectations both in convenience of timing, diagnostics, customer, waiting area, providing transportation to and from the shop when I needed it, and overall very approachable and down to earth people managing the operation. I’m new to the area and I’m thankful I found a competent shop although it’s a little further from where I live than my last place, I’ll still make the trip whenever I need anything

  We have been using Dixons for many years and always get 5 star service. I love that the service writers work aa a team so your call or questions are always answered and they dont seem commissions driven. It's nice that you can reserve a loaner vehicle if you plan in advance and if you need your car towed they have a tow truck at their other shop that will tow your vehicle. I feel they genuinely look out for us and help us to budget for our vehicle expenses. Thanks for always looking out for us, we greatly appreciate it especially on a fixed income now.   Had a 40K mile service on my Mazda CX-5. Dropped off at 9:30am and was ready for pickup at 3:00pm. Upon my drop-off they had a loaner car ready for me. They did an oil change, rotated tires, changed two filters, changed wiper blades and gave everything else a clean bill of health all for $191. They honored my coupons and accumulated reward points. After three years of service, I can recommend them for their convenient, courteous, reliable, efficient and cost-effective service.

  I recently purchased new tires and had my state inspection done at this shop, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure. The pricing was fair, the work was done efficiently, and everything was completed when promised. My car feels great, and it’s reassuring to know the inspection was done thoroughly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable car care.
